Ingredients for Pakora Platter:

  • Gram flour 2 cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Red chilli powder 1 tsp
  • Cumin 1 tsp
  • Turmeric 1/2 tsp
  • Carom seeds 1/4 tsp
  • Soda 1/4 tsp
  • Garlic paste 1/2 tsp

Vegetables for Pakora:

  • Egg plant as required
  • Potato as required
  • Spinach as required
  • Green chillies as required
  • Onion as required

Method:

  1. Mix all ingredients and make paste.
  2. Now add all vegetables in it and fry it.
  3. When ready, serve hot with imli ki chutney.

Ingredients for Imli Ki Chutney:

  • Tamarind pulp 1 cup
  • Garlic 2 cloves
  • Green chillies 2-3
  • Salt to taste
  • Red chilli powder 1 tsp
  • Cumin 1 tsp
  • Mint leaves 10-12 leaves

Method:

  1. Add all ingredients in tamarind pulp and grind well in grinder.
  2. When ready serve with pakora.
