Ingredients For Caramel Vanilla Cups:

For Custard:

  • Milk 1/2 liter
  • Sugar 1/2 cup
  • Corn starch 2 tbsp
  • Vanilla essence  1 tsp
  • Yellow food color  few drops

For Base:

  • Plain cake 1/2 lb
  • Orange marmalade  1 tbsp
  • Milk  1/2 cup

For Crunch:

  • Candy biscuits/ praline  1 cup

For Topping:

  • Cream 1 packet
  • Icing sugar as required
  • Yellow food color  3 drops
  • Sprinkles  to decorate

Method:

  1. Boil milk, add sugar and corn flour.
  2. Stir constantly with a wooden spoon over medium low heat, until the custard thickens.
  3. Lastly add vanilla essence with yellow color and mix well.
  4. Remove from fire and keep aside.

Ingredients For Tarragon Chicken:

  • Pasta  1 1/2 cup
  • Chicken breast 1/2 kg
  • Yogurt 125 gm
  • Garlic paste  1/2 tbsp
  • Chicken powder 1/2 tbsp
  • Soya sauce 1 tbsp
  • Worcestershire sauce 1 1/2 tbsp
  • Crushed red chili  1/2 tbsp
  • Salt 1/4 tsp
  • Basil 3
  • White pepper 1/4 tbsp
  • Lemon's juice half
  • Oil  1 tbsp

For Curry:

  • Fresh cream 1 packet
  • Garlic paste 1/2 tsp
  • Soya sauce 1 tbsp
  • Worchestershire sauce 1 1/2 tbsp
  • Crushed red chili 1/2 tsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Basil leaves  3
  • Tarragon leaves  1/4 tsp
  • Chicken steak as required

Method:

For Chicken:

  1. Marinate the chicken breast cubes for at least 1 hour.
  2. Heat the grill pan and cook it for 5 minutes.
  3. Then cut into strips and keep aside.

Method For Sauce:

  1. To make the sauce, take a pan, add cream and other ingredients.
  2. Cook for a few minutes.
  3. Add the chicken stock and pour over the chicken and serve with rice or pasta.

Ingredients For Mini Fishy Sticky:

For Marination:

  • Fish fillet 250 gm
  • Lemon juice  1 tbsp
  • Carom seeds a pinch
  • Salt  to taste
  • Turmeric  1/2 tsp
  • Corn flour  2 tbsp

For Masala:

  • Chaat masala 1 tbsp
  • Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Coriander seeds 1/2 tsp
  • Citric acid a pinch
  • Oregano  1/4 tsp

For Potato Crisp:

  • Potato 1
  • Corn flour 1 tsp
  • Rice flour 1 tbsp
  • Flour  1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Chicken powder  1/4 tsp
  • Water  as needed

For Assembling:

  • Toothpicks as required
  • Pickled cucumber  1
  • Saltish cracker  1 packet
  • Salad leaves  as required

Method:

  1. For marination: Apply salt and turmeric on fish and leave it for 10 minutes.
  2. Wash it. Marinate it with lemon juice, salt, pepper carom seeds and coat it with corn flour. Deep fry.
  3. For masala: Roast all together and grind finely.
  4. For potato crisp: Boil the potato for 3 minutes and marinate it.
  5. Deep fry till golden brown.
  6. For assembling: Take the toothpicks- cucumber, fish, potato, cracker and crap in salad leaves.
  7. It is a yummy healthy starter.

Ingredients For Refreshing Honeydew Melon Drink:

  • Honeydew melon 1
  • Sugar  3-4 tbsp
  • Ice cubes  2 cups
  • White drink  1 bottle

Method:

  1. Blend all ingredients and serve chilled.
