Ingredients :

  1. Tomato : 2 kg
  2. Peyaz : 1
  3. Lahson : 4 to 6 jaway
  4. Darchini : 1
  5. Long : 6 to 8
  6. Namka : 1 tsp
  7. Lal mirch : 1 tbs
  8. Sirka : 1/2 cup
  9. Chini : 3/4 cup

Method :

Temater ko chop kar ka pan ma dalay sath he peyaz aur lahsoon, darchini, long dal kar 2 cup pani dal kargala legeya jub bilkul soft ho gaye to chana le kar is ma tamater wala mixture dal kar ache  tarha mash kar ka tamam juice nikal legeya aur dobara pakanay rakheya sath namak, chini, lal mirch dal ka 20 min pakaya phir sirka dal ka garha kar legeya ketchup tayar ha
