Ingredients:

  • Boiled lasagna 1 packet
  • Chicken mince 1/2 kg
  • Onion chopped 1
  • Mozzarella cheese 1/2 packet
  • Cheddar cheese 1/2 packet
  • Cream 1 packet
  • Garlic chopped 1 tbsp
  • Finely chopped tomatoes 250 gm
  • Tomato puree 1/2 cup
  • Brown sugar 2 tbsp
  • Oregano 2 tsp
  • Red chilies crushed 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Carrots 1 cup
  • Capsicum 1 cup

Method:

  1. Heat oil in pan, put onion, garlic and chicken mince.
  2. Now put brown sugar, red chilies, salt and tomato puree.
  3. Then cover mince, cook for 15-20 minutes and keep it aside.
  4. Now put lasagna sheets in pots.
  5. Now put mince.
  6. Put some cream on mince.
  7. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese, cheddar cheese, tomato, capsicum, carrots and oregano and bake on 200 degrees C for 20 minutes.
  8. Lasagna pots is ready.

Lasagna Pots is an Italian Main Course. It is prepared with Lasagna & Chicken, sprinkled with Cheese & Oregano and served in Pots.
