Pineapple Custard Cups

Ingredients:

  • Pineapple slice 1 tin
  • Fresh milk 1 liter
  • Vanilla custard 3 tbsp
  • Sugar 1/2 cup
  • Strawberry jelly 1 packet
  • Fresh cream 1 packet
  • Finely chopped almonds 10
  • Finely chopped walnuts 1/2 cup

Method:

  1. Dissolve strawberry jelly in hot water and set it.
  2. Beat fresh cream with little sugar.
  3. Put milk, vanilla custard and sugar in pot and cook it.
  4. When thick, beat it nicely, remove from stove and cool it.
  5. Now put little custard in ice cream cup and keep pineapple slice.
  6. Then put fresh cream, then jelly and then almonds and walnuts.
  7. Prepare 5-6 cups like this, chill in fridge and serve.

Pineapple Custard Cups is delightful dessert. Ice cream cups are filled with custard, topped with pineapple slice, jelly, walnuts and almonds. Served chilled.
