Ingredients:
- Egg whites 4
- Caster sugar 4 tbsp
- Instant coffee 2 tbsp
- Finger biscuits 4-6
- Espresso coffee for serving
Method:
- Put egg whites in bowl, beat it slightly, add sugar and instant coffee and mix it nicely.
- Then keep bowl on saucepan and cook for 10 minutes.
- Now cover serving glass with plastic wraps, keep in fridge for 4 hours and serve chilled with finger biscuits.
Zabaione is an Italian dessert. It is prepared with egg yolks and sugar. It is served with finger biscuits.
