A cereal grain known as wheat is a need for almost every family. It makes us grow, with health and glow. It is grown on a large area of land and it is traded the most worldwide more then any other grain. It is considered as a staple food that is used in varieties of different foods such as bread, flour, cake, cookie, biscuit, pasta, noodles, crackers, cereals and many more. It is native to Southwest Asia and because of its nutritious value it is consumed throughout the world now. For a healthy life, many researchers have analysed that wheat is the most beneficial grain as it prevents many heart diseases and regulates the blood flow. It is much healthier to use wheat in a whole wheat form rather than using its refined products. Food such as pastas, cookies, biscuits and rolls are not considered healthy enough as in these 40 percent of wheat is extracted which contains the most nutrition and what we get is only the 60 percent left which lacks vitamins, folic acid and many other minerals.

There are certain restrictions also or you can say some disadvantages if you consume whole wheat while you are allergic, it will grow your reactions like you will have more rashes, itching and hives. Therefore it turns unhealthier to have it if you have allergies. Wheat free diet evaporates gluten from your diet which is found in grains.
