Macaroni and Cheese Wedges

Ingredients

  • 2 cup boiled macaroni
  • 1 packet mozzarella cheese 
  • 1 cup corn
  • ½ cup corn flour
  • 1 capsicum 
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 green chilies
  • 50 grams butter
  • ½ bunch parsley
  • 1 tbsp oregano
  • 2 tsp red chili flakes
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp oil

Method

  1. Finely chop 2 cups boiled macaroni in a chopper machine.
  2. In a large bowl, add chopped macaroni, ½ packet mozzarella cheese, ½ cup corn flour, 50 gram butter, 2 eggs, 1 sliced capsicum, 2 sliced green chilies, ½ bunch parsley, 1 tsp oregano, 2 tsp red chili flakes, ½ tsp salt and 1 cup corn.
  3. Mix all the indregients
  4. Grease a baking tray with 2 tbsp oil and spread the mixture on it.
  5. Grate remaining ½ packet mozzarella cheese and sprinkle on the top of the mixture. Bake in a pre heated oven at 200 c for half an hour.
  6. Take out of the oven and cut into thin slices macaroni and cheese wedges are ready.
