  • tried dis meethi dahi phulkiyan..super yummy n very easy ..but i used Homemade moong ki daal instead of moong daal flour,i took 1/2 cup of moong ki daal then soak for about 1 hour,then blend wid little water to make the mixture slightly thick side,after blending the mixture beat wid hands/ hand whisk for 10/15 mins .then add salt and soda bi carb ...mix well n fry the phulki in warm oil..on med slow heat...very tasty....Must try....
