Nasacool I tried the lal aloo and it was an instant hit with my family. Everyone simply loved it. I had a hard time finding kashmiri chillies too but eventually found it in an indian store. Thanx for sharing. Today for iftar I tried chicken crepe cup and chicken pantras and got lots of praise. I followed the recipe for chicken crepe cups exactly. The only variation was that I used mixed frozen peas,corn and carrots with tri colour bell peppers and topped it with shredded mozarrella cheese. I used ground beef for chicken pantras and I also added 1 TBSP of flour to keep it together while filling the crepes. Do try it. It is highly recommended.

I made WITH 1/2 KG POTATOES, 1/2 CUP IMLI PULP, I omitted KASHMIRI CHILI PASTE AND SUBSTITUTED IT WITH 2 TBSP KASHMIRI CHILLI POWDER PLUS 3 TBSP VINEGAR. FOLlOWD UP WITH REMAINING INGREDIENTS.
