Ingredients:

  • 3 boiled potatoes(grated)
  • 2 hard boiled eggs(grated)
  • 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup chicken boiled and cut into small pieces
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste
  • oil for frying
  • bread crumbs 1 cup
  • eggs to dip(beaten)

Method:

  1. Mix all the ingredients together (except oil, eggs and bread crumbs) into a smooth batter.
  2. Make small balls. Dip in egg, roll on bread crumbs and fry till golden brown.
  3. Serve hot with ketchup.

A great appetizer!
