Ingredients:
- 2 medium cucumbers
- 2 tbsp salt
- 1 liter natural yogurt
- 1 tbsp black pepper
- Chopped fresh mint
Method:
- Peel the skin of cucumber and grate them.
- Mix with yogurt and add salt, pepper, and mint.
- Serve.
