Black bean dip

Ingredients:

  • Cooked Black Beans 1 c
  • Minced Carrot 1/4 c
  • Minced Celery 1/4 c
  • Garlic Salt 1 tsp
  • Oregano 1 tsp
  • Cumin 1 tsp
  • Coriander 1/2 tsp
  • Salt 1/4 tsp
  • Sour Cream 1/4 c
  • Chopped Fresh Cilantro 1 tsp
  • Cilantro for Garnish

Method:

  1. In a large bowl, coarsley mash half the beans with a fork.
  2. Add remaining whole beans and all the other ingredients, mixing well.
  3. Cover, and chill for 20 minutes.
  4. Garnish with fresh cilantro.
