  • I made pineapple pudding yesterday.I did not have evaporated milk can so I substituted with 3/4 cup full cream milk powder plus 2 cups milk. Also I had large pineapple can of tidbits so I used only 8 Tbsp from it. Followed the remaining recipe.Poured mixture in a 2 quart baking dish. Also used vanilla essence in place of pineapple essence. Preheated oven for 20 mins and baked for 40 mins. Really DELICIOUS. Plz try it. And plz say a small prayer for sara apa. jazak allah.

  • Tried dis Chicken n rice Casserole..Excellent REcipe..toooo gud in taste..n very esay to make....i omitted sweetcorn and boil egg......so tempting recipe..plz guys Do give it a try once... Jazak Allah...
