Pineapple Casserole

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 lb Butter or margarine
  • 3/4 cup Sugar
  • 4 Eggs, beaten
  • 1 can Crushed pineapple, drained
  • 5 Slices cubed white bread

Method:

  1. In a bowl, cream butter and sugar with an electric beater. Add eggs.
  2. Fold in crushed pineapple and bread.
  3. Bake in buttered bread pan at 350 degrees for 40-60 minutes.
  4. Serve warm
