Chocolate Nut Pie

Ingredients:
- 3 cups of sugar
- 7 teaspoons of cocoa
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 1 large can of Evaporated milk
- 1 stick of butter, softened
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla
- 2 cups of grated coconut
- 1 cup of chopped pecans
- A dash of salt
- 3 (9") unbaked pie shells
Method:
- In a bowl, combine the sugar, cocoa, and the eggs and mix well.
- Add milk and the softened butter.
- Fold in the vanilla, coconut, pecans, and salt.
- Pour the mixture into the 3 unbaked pie shells and bake for 40 minutes at 350 degrees.
- Serve hot.
