Coconut Sundal

Ingredients:

  • Soaked channay ki daal for 8 hours
  • oil  4tbsp
  • coconut – 4 tbsp
  • mustard seed – 1tbsp
  • green chilies - 2

Method:

  1. Add salt and cook fully in a pressure cooker so that the
  2. lentils become soft.
  3. In little oil, add mustard seeds.
  4. When it pops, add chopped green chillies and grated
  5. coconut and roast lightly for 1 min.
  6. Add this to the cooked daal.
