Moroccan Hot Sauce

Ingredients:
- 1/4 - 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3 cloves garlic, peeled and chopped
- 1.5 tsp sweet Hungarian paprika
- 1/2 - 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
- juice of 1 lemon
- 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 2.5 tbsp olive oil
Method:
- Place the cayenne, salt, paprika, cumin, cilantro, and parsley in a food processor or blender and pulse until smooth.
- With the motor running, slowly add the lemon juice and vinegar and then the oil.
- Taste for seasoning and adjust, adding more cumin and/ or cayenne to taste.
