Cold Coffee With Ice Cream

Ingredients:

• 2 cups milk                                        
• 2 tsp coffee powder           
• 1 Tbsp (or to taste) sugar                             
• 4 Tbsp plus a scoop of Vanilla Ice cream              

Method:

1. Blend milk, sugar, vanilla ice cream (one scoop) and the coffee powder in a blender.
2. Pour in individual glasses.
3. Top with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
4. Sprinkle with coffee powder or cocoa over the ice cream for decoration.
5. Serve chilled.
