Cubed Chili Potatoes

Ingredients:

  • 2 large potatoes,
  • 1 stick cinnamon,
  • 4 whole cinnamons,
  • 4 green chilies,
  • 1 tsp sugar,
  • 1 tsp salt,
  • 1 tsp oil,
  • 2 tsp ghee,
  • ½ cup water

Method:

  1. Peel potatoes and chop them in cubes.
  2. Cut chillies into small pieces (wash off seeds).
  3. Heat oil and ghee together. Add cinnamon sticks and cardamom seeds.
  4. Add chilli pieces and potato pieces. Fry for 2 to 3 minutes.
  5. Add water, salt and sugar. Cover. Bring to boil.
  6. Cook on low heat for 15 minutes. Serve.
