Cubed Chili Potatoes

Ingredients:
- 2 large potatoes,
- 1 stick cinnamon,
- 4 whole cinnamons,
- 4 green chilies,
- 1 tsp sugar,
- 1 tsp salt,
- 1 tsp oil,
- 2 tsp ghee,
- ½ cup water
Method:
- Peel potatoes and chop them in cubes.
- Cut chillies into small pieces (wash off seeds).
- Heat oil and ghee together. Add cinnamon sticks and cardamom seeds.
- Add chilli pieces and potato pieces. Fry for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Add water, salt and sugar. Cover. Bring to boil.
- Cook on low heat for 15 minutes. Serve.
