Tried Bhuni Raan recipe by shirin anwar. I used a small 3 lb raan, got the middle bone removed. I used all the ingredients in the recipe. In addition, I added 1 tsp black pepper powder, 3 tbsp vinegar. i marinated about 4 hours. I added 1 tsp maet tenderiser too. The result was very good. Its a good recipe and worth trying.
