Russian Pulao by Naheed Ansari

Ingredients:

  • Meat 1/2 kg
  • Rice boiled 1/2 kg
  • Onion chopped 2 medium
  • Tomatoes boiled & mashed 3-4
  • Green onion chopped 4-5
  • Chopped garlic 2 tsp
  • Green chilies chopped 3-4
  • Coriander leaves few
  • Fresh coconut grated 1 cup
  • Milk little
  • Butter little
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Eggs beaten 2
  • Cream 1/2 cup
  • Oil 1/4 cup

Direction:

  1. Boil undercut with salt in its own water.
  2. Then heat butter and oil in pan and saute onion slightly.
  3. Then add boiled undercut, garlic and fry it.
  4. When onion starts turning brown, add tomatoes, salt, green chilies, black pepper and fry it nicely.
  5. Then heat butter in other pan, put rice and green onion and fry it.
  6. Then cover rice and cook it for few minutes.
  7. Then add half coconut and milk in rice and fry it nicely.
  8. Then spread rice in dish.
  9. Then spread meat on rice.
  10. Then beat eggs with coriander leaves
  11. Then spread cream, eggs mixture, sprinkle bread crumbs and coconut and bake in preheated oven until brown on top.
  12. Then take out from oven and serve.
