Lamb Cutlets

Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
- 1/4 cup red wine
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh rosemary
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
- 12 lamb cutlets
- parsley, to garnish
Method:
- Combine the barbecue sauce, wine, rosemary, onion and garlic in a non-metallic dish and add the cutlets.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- Grill or dry the cutlets over medium heat for 10 minutes for medium-rare, or until cooked to your liking, basting with marinade, including the onion.
- Season with pepper, and garnish with parsley.
