Roasted Tomatoes

Ingredients:

  • 4 medium-sized tomatoes.
  • 2 garlic cloves.
  • Parsley.
  • Bread crumbs.
  • Oil.

Method:

  1. Chop garlic and parsley.
  2. Cut the tomato in half and place in baking tin.
  3. Sprinkle the chopped garlic and parsley, the oil and the bread crumbs.
  4. Take to a 200ºC oven for 15 minutes.
