Roasted Tomatoes

Ingredients:
- 4 medium-sized tomatoes.
- 2 garlic cloves.
- Parsley.
- Bread crumbs.
- Oil.
Method:
- Chop garlic and parsley.
- Cut the tomato in half and place in baking tin.
- Sprinkle the chopped garlic and parsley, the oil and the bread crumbs.
- Take to a 200ºC oven for 15 minutes.
