Spinach Rice

Ingredients:
- 2 cups Rice.
- 1 bag of fresh spinaches.
- 2 garlic cloves.
- Grated cheese.
- Salt to taste
Method:
- In a deep pot pour olive oil to cover the bottom.
- Heat it up and add the garlic thinly sliced.
- When golden brown, add the spinach, previously washed and cut in chunks and add some salt.
- Stir well with a wooden spoon to make it absorb the oil. Add 2 ½ cups of rice and stir well.
- Pour 2 ½ cups of hot water. Let it cook, add more water if necessary.
- Serve immediately with grated cheese so it melts.
