Dual Colored Rice

Ingredients:
- 1 cup of rice.
- Half a pumpkin, grated.
- Half a carrot, grated.
- 2 full tablespoons of butter.
- 2 stock cubes.
- 3 cups of water
Method:
- Fry the rice in the butter until golden, add the grated pumpkin and carrot and stir-fry.
- Add the stock cubes and the boiling water.
- Cover and let it simmer for 20 minutes until done.
