Dual Colored Rice

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of rice.
  • Half a pumpkin, grated.
  • Half a carrot, grated.
  • 2 full tablespoons of butter.
  • 2 stock cubes.
  • 3 cups of water

Method:

  1. Fry the rice in the butter until golden, add the grated pumpkin and carrot and stir-fry.
  2. Add the stock cubes and the boiling water.
  3. Cover and let it simmer for 20 minutes until done.
