White beans stew

Ingredients:
- 700 grams white beans.
- ½ garlic head.
- 1 bayleaf
- 1 sausage or morcilla
- 4 tablespoons of oil.
- 2 small onions.
- 1 teaspoon of paprika.
- Salt.
Method:
- Bring the white beans to a boil.
- Add the garlic head, the bay leaf, one whole peeled onion and the sausage or morcilla.
- Cook for two hours, adding cold water when necessary.
- Meanwhile, stir-fry the remaining onion, grated.
- When it’s golden brown, add the paprika and some of the beans cooking water.
- Pour all this into the white beans saucepan, add salt.
- Take out the sausage, slice and bring back to pot.
- Cook for another 10-15 minutes and serve
