Lettuce Cream

Ingredients:

  • 1 big lettuce
  • 1 full tablespoon of butter.
  • 1 glass of water.
  • 1 glass of milk.
  • 1 stock cube.
  • Salt and pepper.
  • Potato flakes.
  • Oil.
  • 1 small potato.

Method:

  1. Wash and dry the lettuce’s leaves, stir-fry them in a saucepan, add water, milk, the stock cube, pepper and the potato.
  2. Cook for 30 minutes, add the butter and take to blender until smooth.
  3. You can thicken it with potato flakes if necessary.
