Lettuce Cream

Ingredients:
- 1 big lettuce
- 1 full tablespoon of butter.
- 1 glass of water.
- 1 glass of milk.
- 1 stock cube.
- Salt and pepper.
- Potato flakes.
- Oil.
- 1 small potato.
Method:
- Wash and dry the lettuce’s leaves, stir-fry them in a saucepan, add water, milk, the stock cube, pepper and the potato.
- Cook for 30 minutes, add the butter and take to blender until smooth.
- You can thicken it with potato flakes if necessary.
