Potato pie

Ingredients:

  • 2 Potatoes
  • 1 Tin Tuna
  • Bacon
  • ½ litre Béchamel
  • ½ cup Cheese
  • ½ cup Butter
  • 1 tbsp Salt, pepper
  • 1 tbsp oregano

Method:

  1. Thinly slice the potato and chop bacon.
  2. Stir-fry it without using oil.
  3. Grease a baking tin with butter. Spread a layer of potato on it.
  4. Spread a thin layer of tuna and another layer of potato proceeding to another of bacon.
  5. Alternate the tuna and the bacon until filling up the tin.
  6. The last layer must be potato, pour the béchamel over the pie.
  7. Bake for 30-40 minutes at the highest temperature.
  8. When done, add cheese and sprinkle oregano powder.
