No Cook Banana Ice Cream

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of milk
  • 1 can of sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup of heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 2 very ripe bananas
  • 2 teaspoons of fresh lemon juice

Method:

  1. In a bowl, mix together milk, condensed milk, cream and vanilla extract well.
  2. Chill until cold.
  3. Transfer this batter into an ice cream maker or freezer.
  4. In a blender mix together the bananas and lime juice and add the same in the ice cream maker 2 minutes before the ice cream is done.
  5. Put ice cream to a freezer, cover and freeze for 3 hours.
  6. Serve cold
