Carrot and Beetroot Sandwich

Ingredients:
- 15 Bread slices
- 100 gm Carrots (grated)
- 100 gm Beetroot (grated)
- 50 gm Butter
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Cook the grated carrots and beetroot separately, with little water and salt.
- Toast the bread slices into golden brown color.
- Take one slice and spread with some butter.
- Place some carrot on it; close it and spread some butter over it.
- Place some beetroot over it; close it and spread some butter over it.
- Serve.
A crunchy veg sandwich to complete a healthy meal.
