Carrot and Beetroot Sandwich

Ingredients:

  • 15 Bread slices
  • 100 gm Carrots (grated)
  • 100 gm Beetroot (grated)
  • 50 gm Butter
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Cook the grated carrots and beetroot separately, with little water and salt.
  2. Toast the bread slices into golden brown color.
  3. Take one slice and spread with some butter.
  4. Place some carrot on it; close it and spread some butter over it.
  5. Place some beetroot over it; close it and spread some butter over it.
  6. Serve.

A crunchy veg sandwich to complete a healthy meal.
