Ingredients:

  • 1/2 Kg Beef, filets
  • 2 tbsp Papaya, Unripe & grinded
  • 1 tsp Ginger Paste
  • 1 tsp Garlic Paste
  • 2 tbsp Yogurt
  • 1 tsp Chili Powder
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 1tsp Green chilies, chopped
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. In a bowl, combine all the ingredients (except the beef) to make a fine paste
  2. Then add beef to it.
  3. Keep aside for 4 to 5 hours.
  4. Skew the marinated beef in wooden or steel skewer and barbecue over charcoal.
  5. Brush the oil on the beef and grill them until brown.
  6. Serve hot.

Enjoy this grilled kebab with hot naan.
