Ingredients:
- 1/2 Kg Beef, filets
- 2 tbsp Papaya, Unripe & grinded
- 1 tsp Ginger Paste
- 1 tsp Garlic Paste
- 2 tbsp Yogurt
- 1 tsp Chili Powder
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 1tsp Green chilies, chopped
- Salt to taste
Method:
- In a bowl, combine all the ingredients (except the beef) to make a fine paste
- Then add beef to it.
- Keep aside for 4 to 5 hours.
- Skew the marinated beef in wooden or steel skewer and barbecue over charcoal.
- Brush the oil on the beef and grill them until brown.
- Serve hot.
Enjoy this grilled kebab with hot naan.
