Peach Jam

Ingredients:
- 250 gm Sugar
- 250 gm Peaches (peeled and sliced)
- One pinch of yellow color
- Few drops peach essence
- Juice of 2 Lemons
Method:
- In a blender put the peach slices with sugar and lemon juice and blend well.
- Put the mixture in a pan, heat it and slowly bring it to a boil, stirring with a wooden spoon.
- Add the food color and stir until setting point is reached.
- Add in the essence; allow cooling and pouring into a sterilized jar.
