Cappuccino Cheesecake

Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups Finely Chopped Nuts
- 4 Large Eggs
- 1 cup Sugar
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 1 cup Sour Cream
- 3 tbsp Margarine, Melted
- 1 tbsp Instant Coffee
- 32 oz Cream Cheese, Softened
- 1/4 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/4 cup Boiling water
- 3 tbsp All-purpose Flour
Method:
- In a bowl, mix the nuts, sugar, and margarine; press onto bottom of 9-inch cake pan. Bake at 325 F 10 minutes.
- In another bowl, combine cream cheese, sugar, and flour, mixing with an electric beater until well mixed.
- Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Blend in sour cream.
- Dissolve coffee and cinnamon in warm water.
- Let it cool and gradually add to cream cheese mixture, mixing until well blended. Pour over crust. Bake for an hour at 250 F.
- When baked, store to chill
- Garnish with whipped cream and whole coffee beans if desired.
