Cappuccino Cheesecake

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups Finely Chopped Nuts
  • 4 Large Eggs
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 3 tbsp Margarine, Melted
  • 1 tbsp Instant Coffee
  • 32 oz Cream Cheese, Softened
  • 1/4 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup Boiling water
  • 3 tbsp All-purpose Flour

Method:

  1. In a bowl, mix the nuts, sugar, and margarine; press onto bottom of 9-inch cake pan. Bake at 325 F 10 minutes.
  2. In another bowl, combine cream cheese, sugar, and flour, mixing with an electric beater until well mixed.
  3. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Blend in sour cream.
  4. Dissolve coffee and cinnamon in warm water.
  5. Let it cool and gradually add to cream cheese mixture, mixing until well blended. Pour over crust. Bake for an hour at 250 F.
  6. When baked, store to chill
  7. Garnish with whipped cream and whole coffee beans if desired.
