Barbecue Macaroni Beef

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 28 ounces barbecue sauce
  • 8 ounces elbow macaroni, cooked and drained
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 medium green pepper, chopped
  • 3 celery ribs, chopped

Method:

  1. Cook beef over medium heat in a pan and then drain.
  2. Stir in the barbecue sauce, macaroni, onion, green pepper and celery.
  3. Cook, uncovered, until heated through.
  4. Serve hot.
