  • ol i will try dis chana saag recipe..and definitely u have to try arvi gosht recipe..it turned out very good .also try Chef rAHAT CHICKEN nihari....must say excellent result.just additional use of chicken or beaf stock i used beaf stock Instead Of water...... jazak Allah...

  • tried channa saag recipe. I used 400 gms methi, (weight before cutting). And 2 cups cooked chickpeas, 2 standard cups. The dish is excellent for every day cooking. And its nutritious.I added 1 tsp sugar also. I used only 1/2 tsp dried methi as opposed to 2 tbsp in the recipe.
