Ginger-Melon-Ade Smoothie

Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup fresh ginger, coarsely cut
- 1/2 cup fresh squeezed lemon juice
- 2 cups fresh seedless watermelon cubes
- 2 cups frozen seedless watermelon cubes
Method:
- Puree the ginger and lemon juice in a blender.
- Add the fresh watermelon and continue to puree then add the frozen watermelon pieces and blend again.
- Chill and serve.
