Lemonade Muffins

Ingredients:

  • 1−1/2 cups flour
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 beaten egg
  • 6 ounce frozen lemonade
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/3 cup cooking oil
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts

Method:

  1. In a pot, mix flour along with sugar, baking powder and salt.
  2. Add chopped walnuts to flour as well.
  3. In another bowl, mix 1/2 cup lemonade, egg, milk, and oil.
  4. Add the liquid to flour stirring well.
  5. Pour the mixture into oven safe muffin containers and bake at 375F.
  6. Let it bake for 20 minutes.
  7. After they’re ready sprinkle with white sugar and few tablespoons of lemon juice.
