Lemonade Muffins

Ingredients:
- 1−1/2 cups flour
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 beaten egg
- 6 ounce frozen lemonade
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/3 cup cooking oil
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
Method:
- In a pot, mix flour along with sugar, baking powder and salt.
- Add chopped walnuts to flour as well.
- In another bowl, mix 1/2 cup lemonade, egg, milk, and oil.
- Add the liquid to flour stirring well.
- Pour the mixture into oven safe muffin containers and bake at 375F.
- Let it bake for 20 minutes.
- After they’re ready sprinkle with white sugar and few tablespoons of lemon juice.
