Eggnog Bread

Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup dairy eggnog
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 2 teaspoons rum extract
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 1/4 cup flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder

Method:

  1. Preheat oven to 350F. Grease the bottom of bread pan.
  2. Beat eggs; add sugar, eggnog, butter, rum and vanilla. Blend well; add flour, baking powder and nutmeg.
  3. Pour into greased pan. Bake for 50 minutes.
