Cocktail Meatballs

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 3 tbsp minced onion
  • 8 ounce can cranberry sauce
  • 3/4 cup chili sauce
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 tbsp lemon juice

Method:

  1. Take a bowl and mix together the ground beef, egg, water, bread crumbs, and minced onion.
  2. Refrigerate the mixture for 10 minutes to settle the texture.
  3. After 10 minutes, make small balls out of the mixture.
  4. Put the meat balls in a baking dish such that all meat balls are at distance from one another.
  5. Bake at 350F for 25 minutes.
  6. In a cooker over low heat, blend the cranberry sauce, chili sauce, brown sugar, and lemon juice.
  7. Add meatballs, and simmer for 1 hour before serving.
  8. Serve hot.
