Cocktail Meatballs

Ingredients:
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp water
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 3 tbsp minced onion
- 8 ounce can cranberry sauce
- 3/4 cup chili sauce
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
Method:
- Take a bowl and mix together the ground beef, egg, water, bread crumbs, and minced onion.
- Refrigerate the mixture for 10 minutes to settle the texture.
- After 10 minutes, make small balls out of the mixture.
- Put the meat balls in a baking dish such that all meat balls are at distance from one another.
- Bake at 350F for 25 minutes.
- In a cooker over low heat, blend the cranberry sauce, chili sauce, brown sugar, and lemon juice.
- Add meatballs, and simmer for 1 hour before serving.
- Serve hot.
