Chicken Pate

Ingredients:
- 3 chicken breasts, boneless
- 1/2 cup onions, finely chopped
- 8 oz. whipped cream cheese
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 cup sherry
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- juice of 1 lemon
Method:
- Take a pot and cook chicken breasts in boiling water for 45 minutes.
- After they are boiled, cut chicken into cubes.
- In another pot or bowl combine all ingredients to form a mixture.
- Place mixture into a small pan coated with oil.
- Refrigerate for 8 hours for the mixture absorb the flavors.
- Serve with crackers or French bread.
