Banana Foster

Ingredients:

• 6 tbsp. butter
• 1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
• 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
• 4 bananas, halved lengthwise
• 1 packet vanilla ice cream
• ½ cup rose water

Method:

1. In a dish melt butter and add sugar along with cinnamon.
2. Cook syrup over medium and add bananas to it.
3. Heat for 4 minutes. Add rose water and cook for few more
4. seconds.
5. Pour the mixture over bananas and baste bananas with sauce.
6. Serve immediately over ice cream.
