Lebanese Garlic Sauce

Ingredients:
- 4 whole garlic
- 1 cup lemon juice
- 1 tsp. salt
- 3 to 4 cup Puritan oil
Method:
- Take a blender and add garlic, salt and lemon.
- Blend until smooth.
- Slowly add 3 to 4 cups of Puritan oil while blending constantly.
- Gradually the paste will thicken. Refrigerate it.
