Mushroom Pate

Ingredients:

  • 120 g mushrooms,
  • chopped 1 clove garlic,
  • chopped ¼ tsp dried tarragon
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp cream cheese   
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • minced 2 tbsp butter,
  • melted 1 small onion.

Method:

  1. In a pot combine butter, onion, garlic and mushrooms.
  2. Sauté it until tender. Add the tarragon and stir well.
  3. Let the mixture cool and once it’s cool blend it to smoothen it.
  4. Add cream cheese, lemon juice, soy sauce and salt and pepper.
  5. Blend again until smooth.

Grinded mushroom combined with flavors
