Onion and Mushroom Gravy

Ingredients:
- 1 pack dry onion soup
- 2 tbsp corn starch
- 1 can mushrooms, sliced
- 2 cup water
Method:
- Combine onion soup mix in a pot and water and beat in cornstarch.
- Add mushrooms to the pot.
- Heat while stirring constantly, until thickened.
- Serve hot.
Easy to make gravy for beef dishes, soups, stews and casseroles.
