Peas in Minty Cream Cheese Sauce

Ingredients:
- 300 gram peas
- 60 ml vegetable broth
- 1 clove garlic
- 115 g ram mascarpone cheese
- 2 tbsp fresh mint, chopped
- salt and pepper, to taste
Method:
- In a pot cook peas and garlic in the vegetable broth until
- tender.
- Remove the pan from the heat, assemble garlic clove and
- place peas in a serving dish.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Stir in the mascarpone and mint.
