Ingredients for Hard roll:

Flour 4 cups
Salt 1/2 teaspoon
Sugar 1 tablespoon
Instant yeast 1 tablespoon
Water 1-1/2cup

Method:

1. In a bowl mix flour, salt, sugar, yeast and water to make a smooth dough.
2. Put the dough in microwave oven for rise.
3. Grease the oven tray, shape into a ball, make a cut on the top, brush with milk and leave for rise again
4. Bake in a preheated oven for 12-15 minutes on 200 degree C.

Ingredients for French loaf:

Flour 4 cups
Salt 1/2 teaspoon
Sugar 1 tablespoon
Instant yeast 1 tablespoon
Water 1-1/2cup

Method:

1. In a bowl mix flour, salt, sugar, yeast and water to make a smooth dough.

Instant yeast 2 tbsp

Ingredients for Berry Ice cream Trifle:

Jam roll slices as required
Blueberry 1/2 tin
Strawberry jelly 1 packet (Dissolved in 1 cup water)
Strawberries (sliced) 2 cup
Strawberry  ice cream 1 litre
Cream 1/2 cup (for decoration)

Method:

1. Cut jam roll into slices, arrange it all around the sides of a serving bowl.
2. Moist the slices with any juice, put strawberry jelly,  sliced strawberries, blueberry and ice cream.
3. Put into freezer for 3-4 hours.
