Red And White Karahi by Chef Zakir

Ingredients:

Chicken boneless 1/2 kg
Beef undercut 300 gram
Finely sliced onion 1
Boiled tomatoes 3
Green chili 4-5
Yogurt 125 gram
Green coriander 1/4 bunch
Gee 1/4 cup
Red chili crushed 1 tsp
Red chili powder 1 tsp
Turmeric 1 tsp
Cumin crushed 1 tbsp
Coriander crushed 1 tbsp
Dry fenugreek 1 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
Salt to taste

Method:

1. First cut chicken boneless and beef undercut into small pieces.
2. Then add 1 sliced onion and water into karahi pan and fry till onions becomes soft and water becomes dry.
3. Then add chicken and beef and parched it till it changes its color.
4. Now add ginger garlic paste and parched it again.
5. Then add tomatoes, red chili crushed, red chili powder, turmeric,  cumin crushed, coriander crushed, yogurt, salt and 1 cup water and mix it and cover it and prepare for 10 to 15 minutes.
6. Then remove the cover and add green coriander, green chili, and dry fenugreek and parched it. When water becomes dry and gravy becomes garhi, the put ghee in it and parched it for 3 to 4 minutes. White and red karahi is ready.
