Ingredients:

  • 120 g coconut flakes
  • 3 tbsp butter

Method:

  1. In a bowl, mix coconut and butter together.
  2. Pour mixture in pie dish.
  3. Spread it evenly on the dish.
  4. Bake at 160°C for 15 minutes.
