1. Beat eggs and castor sugar. 2. Strain flour and backing powder. 3. Now mix strain flour and mixture of eggs and add vanilla essence. 4. Put them into 8 inch square mold or round mold and bake for 20-25 minutes on 180 degrees centigrade. 5. Take out from oven and keep it for cool and cut into 2 portion.
Ingredients for Icing:
Cream 3 packets Icing sugar 1/2 cup Fresh strawberries 1 kg
Method for Icing:
1. Beat cream and icing sugar and beat till it becomes thick. 2. Cut strawberries. 3. Put sugar syrup on top of cake. 4. Put strawberries on top and cover with cream. 5. Put second portion and cover with cream. 6. Decorate it with cream and strawberries. 7. Freeze the cake and serve it.
1. Melt the ghee and keep for freeze. 2. Beat ghee, sugar and elaichi. 3. Add flour to baking powder and baking soda and strain it. 4. Now mix strain flour with ghee and knead the flour. 5. Make small small doughy of flour and brush it with yolk of egg on top. 6. In end, sprinkle with pistachio. 7. Bake for 15-20 minutes on 190 degrees centigrade. 8. Naan khatai is ready.
